| Tiivistelmä: | In the practice of asset reorganization, commercial enterprises have met with difficulties and resistance from two aspects. One is no macro condition for the massive merger of enterprises and the other is many problems in enterprises them selves. In view of the above, they should establish an operational mechanism for the property rights of state-owned commercial enterprises, take various measures to lighten the debt burden of commercial enterprises and open up many channels for financing. In addition, the reform of social security system should be accelerated with an aim at creating good condition for asset reorganization of enterprises. And a batch of entrepreneurs who have the knowledge of capital operation are needed. |
