| Tiivistelmä: | Theoretically, both investors and fundraisers have a good prospect of enterprise stock market. In the aspect of analyzing the background of slow development of enterprise stock market in the past few years, the situation has been greatly improved, with the elimination of harmful factors and expansion of beneficial factors. In the aspect of analyzing the developing environment of current enterprise stock market, the chance is rate, the future is promoting. There are some suggestions:accelerate the construction of grade system of enterprise bond credence; actively encourage investment banks or securities to participate in securities issue. |
