| Tiivistelmä: | The imbalance of the internal structure of the tertiary industry is both the cause of sluggishness in adjusting rationally the industrial structure and the result of slowness in its upgrading in the course of China's industrialization. Hence, while developing vigoriously the tertiary industry, industry, its internal structure must be adjusted continually in order to promote the coordinate development of the first and the secondary industries. |
