| Tiivistelmä: | The paper argues that the performance by the subjects of transactions of proper rights, especially that by the state-owned enterprises, must be carried on according to strict norms. It is also necessary to strengthen the supervision over, and management of property rights transaction institutions and the evaluation of assets. The supervision over the income from property transference, especially over its use from the state-owned assets must be strengthened and the enterprises personnel arranged well for after the transactions of their property rights have been done. |
