| Tiivistelmä: | The issues are as follows: the development of leasing sector lacks theoretical guidelines; the problem of past due renting is severe; moreover, problems come from lack of funding sources, preferential policies from government to support, as well as law and regulations for leasing; in addition, management on leasing market is jumbled. Countermeasures for the problems: study and cite the experiences of developed countries in leasing sector; and intensify propaganda as well as expedite legislation; and that, government should give preferential policies for the sector, simultaneously, strengthen supervision over it and resolve the problems of past due renting. |
