| Tiivistelmä: | Personal health is now valued very highly and a feeling of well-being with no symptoms of bodily or mental illness is an indicator of a higher standard of living which can also be an objective at work, in spite of the increase in leisure time now available to most workers. In the organization of work, health is associated with efficiency: a healthy constitution and a feeling of well-being will maximize the individual's contribution to the achievement of corporate goals. Quite apart from the higher quality of life it brings for the individual, the promotion of health can, therefore, also be of economic advantage. |
