| Tiivistelmä: | Managers need to know more about the strategic aspects of supply chain management, in order to respond to competitive pressures. This article critically reviews the supply chain management literature and suggests a research agenda for future. The article provides a conceptual model which helps to identify certain assumptions made in the literature that must be challenged, and also provides a tool for identifying the major contributions in the literature. The article developes finally a research agenda. |
