| Tiivistelmä: | Coming from the car- and supply industry the Just-In-Time concept has been applied in many industries during the last years and has turned out to be an efficient program to increase productivity and to decrease stocks. The essay aims to explain the requirements needed for the economic application of this program and to develop economic strategies helping to introduce this concept into European enterprises. The procedure is based on the empirical analysis of 182 cases in which the author accompanied the introductory phase. As a result the essay gives us a deeper comprehension of the difficulties occurred in adapting the concept into European enterprises and develops an instruction for education and training. |
