| Tiivistelmä: | A new way of thinking is needed in logistics. We must escape from thinking in terms of places of work. Instead, all our efforts and every area of the company should be committed to contract processing. Logistics as a cross-section function is characterized. Its control loop is described and analyzed. Some principles of self-organization in their application to logistics are discussed. The need for a new, logistics-oriented cost accounting system is emphasized. It is shown that a new management style and new methods in recruitment are also indispensable. |
