| Tiivistelmä: | Production logistics controls the whole process of material flow in an enterprise regarding their targets. This task can be realized by two philosophies of logistics: the concept of inventory optimization and the concept of material flow optimization. The concept of material flow optimization, which results in a Just-In-Time-Production, is gaining more and more importance. In the article the author wants to investigate the question, under which circumstances a Just-In-Time-Production is economically favourable. |
