| Tiivistelmä: | The harmonization of capitalized earnings- and discounted cash flow-method is necessary for their parallel use in Germany. Previous publications assumed a target capital structure, so the realistic change of the capital structure in future periods was not considered. As shown in the above example an integrated planning- and valuation-tool enables to reach the same results for both valuation approaches, in a situation of changing capital structures, integrated determination of the wacc and with regard to all financial flows in the gross method. |
