| Tiivistelmä: | When business and society review first published a roundup of business school commencement speeches in 1990, the country was just entering a long recession, and the crop of graduates was facing the toughest job market in years. Three years later, the job market is, if anything, even worse. So we thought this would be a good time to look again at what leaders in business and the academy think is important to impact to the next generation of business leaders.
