| Tiivistelmä: | The impact of downsizing on corporate reputation (hereafter as: corp-rep.) is investigated. Drawing on literature two hypotheses are developed and tested. The findings show that downsizing 1. has a negative impact on corp-rep., 2. is more damaging to corp-rep. than 'downscoping', that is, the sale of a division. |
