| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the effects of intangible assets (training and R&D capital) on wages and productivity, and provides estimates on firms' and workers' shares in returns to investment in intangible assets. Findings show that firms obtain the largest part of the returns to their investments but the firms' share is lower for intangible assets than for physical capital. |
