Tiivistelmä:Recent developments in the use of commercially available paper-and-pencil integrity tests for employee selection are discussed. Legal issues concerning the use of the polygraph, and integrity tests are discussed.Empirical research on the reliability, criterion-related validity, construct validity, and adverse impact of integrity test is reviewed.Two different types have appeared: one is called overt integrity test, the other is personality-based measures.
