| Tiivistelmä: | An organization seldom explicitly spells out what it wants from human resources. Changes in the HR field and the department's importance to an organization are well documented. It is interesting to note, however, that a specific philosophy of HR never has been set forth. A set of principles is presented that can guide human resources management to better understand and articulate why certain decisions are made and how people fit within this framework.
