| Tiivistelmä: | The classical analytical techniques for the measurement of profitability ratios are characterized by hidden ("implicit") premises, which have been broadly discussed by many scholars. Nevertheless these measures are in great favour by many corporations. The author proposes an approach, which explicitly considers the financial suppositions and the tax consequences of the investment. The system of VOFI (Vollstaendiger Finanzplan = perfect financial plan) profitability has the advantage against the conventional profitability measurements as the internal rate of interest that the premises can autonomously be controlled by the user of the model. |
