| Tiivistelmä: | It is possible to establish whether an entrepreneur or a manager possesses the necessary competence for strategic management. In fact, the answers to a series of questions allow the authors to determine the strategic and entrepreneurial capabilities of a person. They are explained in this article in ten theses to facilitate the evaluation and selection of managemers. It must be examined if strategic management competence depends on various strategic problems and on the position of a business unit in the portfolio matrix on the life-cycle curve. |
