| Tiivistelmä: | Creating an environment that would enhance professional ethics development has received little attention, previous research has showed that there are differences in perceived needs for professiopnal ethics development between tenured and untenured faculty. This study examines members of the Academy of Management to identify these differences with respect to expectations to provided ethics education and research with respect to the professional code of conduct. |
