| Tiivistelmä: | Based on a sample of over 50 R&D project teams (hereafter as: p-tms.) in Taiwanese high-technology firms, this study explores the impacts of social capital on creativity of R&D p-tms. from an intra-team perspective. Factor analysis results reveal four factors extracted from the concept of social capital, that is, social interaction, mutual ties, network ties, and shared goals. Social interaction and network ties are suggested to have significant and positive impacts on creativity of R&D project teams, whereas mutual trust and shared goals are not. |
