| Tiivistelmä: | The cycle has been shortened greatly of the transformation of scientific and technological results to actual productive forces. Science and technology has comprehensively and deeply penetrated into the whole economic and social development process. In light of requirements of the situation, the growth rate of the national economy has been increased the average annual 6 percent to 8 to percent. The speed of development of foreign trade should be quickened as well and by 1996 the total import and export volume should reach 8 200 billion. To realize this goal, science and technology should be taken as strategic measures for the promotion of foreign trade development. |
