| Tiivistelmä: | Recently the FCC audited broadcast stations for compliance with lowest unit rate rule. The authors of the present paper evaluated how accurately broadcasters understood this and other political broadcast regulations. Two classes were examined: regulations of sponsorship and that of access. It turned out that broadcasters correctly understood the former, but not always the latter. |
