| Tiivistelmä: | Strategic planning in banking is extremely important if we are to take part in the European monetary integration processes.It is possible to use a number of appropriate methods; and it rests entirely upon the bank management which methods are applied; namely, those best adjusted to this country with regard to the level of development of productive factors and financial markets.The integrational processes in Europe will be gradual, and gradual will also be the process of integration of those newly established states, which have met the basic requirements for such integration.It is good to know that this type of integration is a requisite for the introduction of market economies.Some basic principles for coping with the integrational processes are needed for all those banks which would like to be part of the future European monetary area. |
