| Tiivistelmä: | Two aspects of organizational changes supporting the total restructuring of enterprises has been taken into consideration: 1.The legal status, which will be regulated by the law.The law will define forms of ownership, owners and forms of decision making.But this is only a necessary but not the sufficient condition to improve the successfulness of enterprises.2.Intra organizational changes concern change of differential organizational structure (from functional into product structure), decision about the style of strategic management and formation of the responsibility centers in the enterprise. |
