| Tiivistelmä: | The author discusses the development of labour contract up to the now valid regulation in the Slovenian labour law legislation.He stresses, that illustration of the development of labour contract is important for the answer as to why its regulating in our post-war legal regulation has been slowly losing sense.He states, that development of labour contract is in close connection with socioeconomic regulation in individual historical development.In this connection he separately discusses individual stages of development and theories of dealing with labour contract connected with this.He analyzes its developmental nature through contractual nature and noncontractual theories of dealing with it, and at the end also its developmental nature and its characteristic in the socialism of State and self-management. |
