| Tiivistelmä: | The paper treats some problems of shaping the new legal regime of public domain in Slovenia, which are the consequence of lack of any such legal institute in times of Socialism.First, legal regulation of somewhat similar legal institute in those times, namely "things in common use", is presented, followed by discussion of some question of regulation of public domain.Regulation consists of ways of definition of public domain on things natural and things artificial, together with jurisdiction over it.In this the author suggests the use of public law approach with public domain.Finally, some issues of property of public domain are treated. |
