| Tiivistelmä: | About current China's financial system problem is that it dose not accord with development of market economy. We should transfer state specialized banks into the commercial banks, and establish policy-banks. Banks realize market-rate and central bank carries out discount rate mechanisms. Industries connect with financial business. We need to develop non-bank financial business and set up financial mechanism of promoting enterprises to face market. |
