| Tiivistelmä: | To guarantee the completion of the task of $240 billion of total export-import volume in 1995, stress should be put on the following work: (1) Pushing China's import and export trade to go up on a new step with foreign trade export as the key point; (2) Continuing to deepen the reform of foreign trade system, focusing on the reform of foreign trade enterprises; (3) Strengthening macro administration and improving the order of foreign economic relations and trade; (4) Making great efforts to propagate and implement Foreign Trade Law; (5) New progress should be made in practicing the strategy of pluralization of market and making success through improving quality; (6) Utilizing foreign capital actively and effectively, putting the stress on the adjustment of the structure of foreign- invested industries. |
