| Tiivistelmä: | First the Slovenian legal regulation of the position of administration and supervisory council is presented in the paper.The presentation is limited to the part important for judging the relations between these two organs in the two-track system of management.Further on there is a comparative sketch of the relations between the two discussed organs in Germany, France, Austria and Denmark, which gives the ground for comparison with Slovenian regulation and above all the guidelines for professional standpoints toward open questions in the Slovenian practice.In the last part there is an analysis of the most interesting questions in connection with mutual relations and at the same time the standpoints, which could be a useful directive for the practice, are defined.In the sub-text the standpoints of some Slovenian and foreign authors on the discussed questions are presented. |
