| Tiivistelmä: | Amendment of labour contract will be, besides its expiration, one of the central questions of its future regulating.This question has partly been present alongside with the bilateral labour relation deficiently determined by statute.Therefore the most topical questions of the current possibilities of altering labour contracts are presented in the paper.The central part is consecrated to the future regulation with an attempt to answer the question of (non)applicability of obligations provisions and above all of special labour law regulating the amendment of labour contract.In future regulating the question of amendment of labour contract due to the amendment of statutes and collective agreements, whose regulating has conditioned the contents of labour contracts will certainly be important. |
