| Tiivistelmä: | Alteration of labour contract will be, besides its expiration, one of the most important questions of its future regulation.This question is already present despite deficient legal definition of bilateral labour relation.So the author devotes himself to the future regulating of the so-called contractual mode of altering labour contract trying to answer the question of (in)applicability of the provisions of obligation and most of all about particularities of labour legal regulation of altering labour contract.In connection with this he specifically analyses the question of essential and unessential changes, changes adopted in advance and refusals of changes, as a reason for rescission of contract.A special attention at a future regulation of changing contract should by all means be paid to the alteration of contract due to amendments of laws and collective agreements, whose regulation has conditioned the contents of labour contract. |
