| Tiivistelmä: | As the Industrial Properties Rights law has passed the Parliament, the legal regulations of intellectual property system are done.Since now the positions of researcher, developer or author, employed in a company, and a professor or state researcher are defined in case that invention, technical or other improvements were accomplished.On the other side the employees interests are protected in case if there were huge investments into R&D that were resulting in technological competitive advantages. For the employee the duty of reporting and protection of business secret are implemented at the assured right of employed to receive a reward.The employee has the possession right and duty of paying out the rewards and maintenance of invention.University did not know until now, if anyone of the employed professors invented something that could have been the case of industrial property.Much similar is at many research institutes: Especially the inventions of people employed there will be free, if the university of institute will not aceomplish the conditions and procedures for overtaking and protection of the invention and for the reward payment. |
