The author analyses all kinds of liability from professional to civil (indemnity and contract liability) as well as the liability for economic offences.The article includes a survey of incriminating acts from the aspect of different kinds of liability and quotes legal sanctions; from civil (suspension, annulment, disproof, compensation) to penal sanctions (fines for liable individuals and legal persons). |
