Tiivistelmä:Discrimination occurs when employment decisions such as selection, evaluation, promotion, or reward allocation are based on an individual's immutable characteristics such as age, appearance, sex, or skin colour rather than on productivity or qualifications. The current study focuses on the relationship of perceived discrimination to an individual's reactions to the job and to the organization. Implications for organizations are discussed.
