An overview of the year's activities, 2. a report on the application of the competition rules (case by case) and 3. a statistical section with an account of the EU member states' activities in the field of competition. The 1995 report also contains a short section on the environment and competition that has not been featured in any of the previous reports. In the article included are horizontal and vertical agreements and some court cases. |
