| Tiivistelmä: | In recent ten years, township industry has made considerable progress, which is reflected in such aspects as total output scale and quality of enterprises, production and technological levels and technological contents of products. As a result, the quality of the whole national economy has been improved. But the development of township industry varies from region to region. In terms of the completed industrial output value, the eastern, central and western areas account for 70%, 20% and 10% of the total respectively . So in the coming years, we shall make rational layout for solving the problem of high decentralization, improve resource allocation and increase the economic returns of enterprises. Besides, we should strengthen intensive business operation and specialized cooperation as well as market competitive power. |
