| Tiivistelmä: | Taking the absolute distribution of the output of the three forms of venture and the relative distribution of foreign capital, the three forms of venture have a labor-intensive characteristic. However considering the relative distribution of output, they share a capital-intensive characteristics, for their specialized departments and those departments with a high degree of participation are relatively low in labor-intensive level and relatively high in capital-intensive level. Capital from HK, Macao and Tainwan has a labor-intensive character, while foreign capital, mainly from developed countries has a higher capital-intensive level. Comparing 1995 and 1985, the three forms of venture or joint venture tend to spread from a few industries to all-round industries. And their industrial structure tends to be similar to that of domestic companies |
