| Tiivistelmä: | In order to strength macromanagement, legislation should go ahead of the others. As far as organizational setup is concerned, the government, the central bank and commercial banks can make joint efforts to supply funds so as to set up a national, non-profitable deposit insurance organization, which is managed by the central bank. Progressive policies which advance by steps are to be adopted to determine which banks may be involved in the insurance, the limit of insured amount and differential rates. The organization will supervise and manage those commercial banks which participate in the insurance. In order to guarantee the operation of deposit system, corresponding supporting measures should be carried out. |
