| Tiivistelmä: | Employees' housing cooperative is a form which is rather suitable for salary-depending employees to build houses by gathering funds and cooperation. Housing cooperative has four forms: employees' housing cooperative, social housing cooperative, specialized housing cooperative and joint construction housing cooperative. Problems needing close attention in developing employees' housing cooperative are as follows: persisting in the guiding principles of "helping the poor" and "cooperative member system"; adhering to city's overall planning and economizing on land; trying to realize the standardization of the management of housing cooperatives, the aggregation of organization, legalization of status, integration of employees' housing problems and their solutions, as well as the diversification of financing channels. |
