| Tiivistelmä: | Quite a number of small-sized enterprises are low in quality and management level, backward in technology and equipment and poor in product quality. Besides, their external environment needs to be improved. To solve the above problems, this paper raises the following policy suggestions: opening up financing channels suiting small-sized enterprises; giving support to the establishment of special service organ for small-sized enterprises; taking special supporting policies under given conditions; establishing a social security system covering the whole society; strengthening fair competition and managing small-sized enterprises according to law; establishing a unified management organ in order to conduct standardized management. |
