| Tiivistelmä: | The terrible shortcomings of the capital formation and the finance-capitals structure in China today are weak of the direct funds-circulation, that is a lower degree of stockization of the finance-capitals. This is a reason why general enterprise lack funds and state industries have had a high rate of funds, lower cost and poor benefits for a long time. Resolution is to accelerate stockization of the finical market and develop the direct funds-circulation quickly, while developing stock market, we should give our efforts to develop bond markets,especially enterprise bond markets and commercial bill discounting market . |
