| Tiivistelmä: | China's uses of foreign capital basically conform to the principle of comparative advantage. The export orientated uses mainly aim at bringing the advantage of labor intensive capital into play, while the domestic market orientated uses absorbing advanced technologies from developed countries. In light of the structural trends, China should adopt comprehensive policies and measures to improve the quality of uses of foreign capital. According to different resources and factors crystallized in the investments from different sources, China should consciously introduce foreign direct investments to speed up structural transformation, raise the levels of her industrial technologies and competitiveness. |
