| Tiivistelmä: | Software agent and e-business models have attracted more and more attention from both the academic society and the industry. This issue is mainly composed of the outstanding papers relevant to these topics from the International Conference on Electronic Commerce (ICEC 2000), held at Seoul, Korea during August 21-24, 2000. This issue consists of four agent-related papers and three e-business model-related papers. The agent-related papers here explore various directions to advance the agent technologies for electronic commerce. The remaining three papers deal with the e-business models, discuss how to identify inhibitors of e-commerce, and develop a logic programming approach to construct the buyer's customized directory from the relevant pieces of sellers' directories. |
