| Tiivistelmä: | This article provides a social theory framework for strategy as practice to examine how strategy is socially constructed. First, it discusses two key practice themes, recursiveness and adaptation, which implicitly underpin the current strategic management literature. Then the management practices-in-use are both theoretically and empirically examined to enhance our understanding of recursive and adaptive forms in micro- and macro-contexts. |
