| Tiivistelmä: | This paper investigates the internal effects of employee volunteering conducted among employees of the Dutch ABN-AMRO bank. It is shown that (1) socio-demographic characteristics from employee volunteers differ significantly from those of non-volunteers and community volunteers and (2) employee volunteering seems to have positive influence on attitudes and behaviour towards the organization. |
