| Tiivistelmä: | In thist study the authors examine the development and validation of a Leader-member social exchange (LMS)related scale. The authors aim to provide a scale that would be able to provide social exchange results. The authors develop a new scale labeled LMSX scale which is able to assess different, as well as similar components of the super-visor-subordinate relationship, which the previous scales were unable to do. |
