| Tiivistelmä: | This article presents the case of a system of four strategic networks (here as: net/nets) offering significant competitive advantages (as: comp-advts.) to the involved companies. This study's focus is on the lead company, Carlo Gavazzi Space (CGS), which is a very successful Italian company developing space systems and applications at an international level with its relationships established with other firms in its nets' system. It is analysed how the multiple net system is organized, and how each net contributes to helping CGS obtain the comp-advts. ..., increased innovation generation, improved technological transfer opportunities etc. It is illustrated how the lead company manages the system of nets, with particular reference to the coordination systems adopted etc. |
