| Tiivistelmä: | The implementation of best practices in manufacturing is widely discussed subject. The purpose of this paper is to describe the process, the challenges and results of the implementation phase. The action programs of two case companies were analyzed to gain a better understanding about how different implementation approaches influence performance. The conclusions of the paper reveal the distinctions between the implementation approaches. |
