| Tiivistelmä: | Employee perceptions of participation in a corporate-sponsored (henceforth as: c-spsd.) volunteer initiative are explored. The importance of altruistic concerns are affirmed as a key driver for employee involvement in c-spsd. volunteering. As the models of work design point to the value of enriched jobs, it is seen herein that there is scope to consider how c-spsd. volunteer programmes can be enriched in the way that employees have satisfying experiences, being more likely to participate. |
