| Tiivistelmä: | Although innovation is and ideal means of improving a company's competitive position, in practice it can often be blocked by flaws in management. Four of these are the focus of attention, namely those affecting corporate policy, information systems, the organizational structure and the personnel system. A special program is presented, designed to stimulate innovation alongside the traditional "standard" program for routine managerial tasks. |
